NSAIDs provide strong anti-inflammatory activity and clinical trials have shown effectiveness in alleviating superficial joint pain, particularly in older adults.2 However, there is no compelling evidence that NSAIDs are effective in relieving fibromyalgia pain and are generally not recommended.


Would you alter or discontinue pregabalin treatment for this patient?
